So let's think about first off, um, 7 does this set up the main topic of the rest of the passage and 8 the answer is going to be yes. Right? Because even if we look at 9 the next paragraph, it says visible light, 10 right? And then we talk about different types of wavelengths, 11 of light, so different types of light. And then the ultimate idea here is 12 going to be that blue light, 13 right. Blue light is going to be the worst type of light. 14 Right. And so since blue light is the worst, 15 that would mean that blue light has the worst effect. 16 So again, not all light is the same because blue light is not as 17 good as it's more damaging or harmful as the, 18 than the other lights.
