Now question number 18 has a correct answer of a B lead. 2 Um, the reason being, um, if we read our sentences as another team of 3 scientists blank by comparative biologist, 4 Eugenia gold, right? So this team is being led by Eugenia gold, 5 but we want to say that in the most concise and straightforward way as 6 possible, and the best way to do that is with B, 7 because B has no repetition. And so perhaps the best way to look at 8 this question is through process of elimination. 9 If we look at a, we see that we had already said team of 10 scientists, and then again, we brought up being a team that's really repetitive. 11 And there's no reason to say that we're just adding an extra words that 12 are not helpful for the sentence. So a is repetitive and B 13 is repetitive for the same reason, right? We've said team again, 14 another team of scientists, a team led by Eugenia gold. 15 There's no reason to say team back to back. 16 And then finally D is repetitive in a different way. 17 It doesn't say team twice, but overseeing and lead me in the exact 18 same thing, right. Not to mention. 19 And an also mean the exact same thing. 20 So D has two repetitions, right? 21 Which makes it really repetitive. Really not a good answer. 22 And the only answer without any repetition like that is going to be B.
