Brother hits a comma, 6 a dash, a colon, lots of different options here. 7 So the sentence itself reads in 2014, 8 the office of inspector general of the United States postal service released a report 9 containing a surprising recommendation post offices should offer their customers banking services, 10 such as refillable debt cards, check cashing and offering small loans. 11 So here we want to emphasize the recommendation itself. 12 Um, so it makes sense to insert some type of punctuation, 13 um, following, um, 14 the recommendation so that the reader can tell, 15 okay, in 2014, there's this report containing a recommendation 16 and then they can clearly see what the recommendation itself was since that's the 17 main focus of this sentence. 18 So, um, answer choices, 19 a C and D all kind of have that punctuation here, 20 the colon, and a very nicely sets up. 21 Okay, here's the background.
