Okay. Taking a look at question number eight, 2 we are being asked in the sixth paragraph. 3 The narrator suggests that Virginia recognizes a need to change her attitude toward the 4 cello from one of what, to what. 5 So we're going to be looking at the sixth paragraph for this question, 6 and we're looking for a change in Virginia's attitude towards the child. 7 So let's go up to that six paragraph lines, 8 49 to 71. That's this paragraph here. 9 We see that, um, it's taking Virginia awhile to learn this instrument. 10 Um, but suddenly she's sort of hit by this desire to 11 really do things correctly, to put in the full effort, 12 um, to make the most, and, and really learned this instrument as best she 13 can. Um, for the first time she sees that the back of the cello 14 was rounded, like a belly, the belly belly of a tiger. 15 She had to bring close to her, taming it before she was torn limb 16 from limb. She had to love and not be scared and show the cat 17 that it did not need to grow to protect itself. 18 So we see the author as being a bit metaphorical in this description, 19 but really what's happening is Virginia is changing her attitude from being afraid of 20 the difficulties of this instrument. Um, 21 and we can see that in the comparison of a tiger, 22 um, and instead of being afraid, 23 she needs to bring this instrument close to her and tame it, 24 um, which is a little bit more appreciative, 25 a little bit more loving than, um, perhaps being afraid and trying...
