We see all of these lovely, 14 descriptive words, astonishingly colored, 15 lovely elegancy is elaborate rich, 16 sleek, decorated, lounged, 17 richly, groomed. 18 All these different words are really being used to characterize this environment is as 19 being so luxurious and so beautiful. 20 Um, so these questions are driving that exact point home. 21 Um, they show Carrie's reflection and wonderment upon what she's seeing. 22 She is. We can see her kind of thinking through all of these different 23 things in her head. You know, what is this life like? 24 Um, where are these people from?
