Explanation for Question 24 From the Reading Section on the 2018 May Sat

Question number 24 is asking us for evidence for 2 the answer to the previous question. 3 Remember that question number 23, 4 we had scientists would agree with which statement domestication 5 of cats was not intentionally undertaken by humans. 6 So we're looking for evidence that domestication wasn't really initiated 7 by humans, humans, and to start the process. 8 And the answer to 24 is actually going to be, 9 um, exactly what I underlined in the previous video for number 10 23. Um, 11 here, looking at our answer choices, 12 we have, um, 13 choice eye lines, 25 to 28. 14 That's what I focused on in the last video. 15 Um, many suspects scientists is back to that day, 16 domesticated themselves to take advantage of human table scraps and protection. 17 Um, so the cats were really initiating this process. 18 It wasn't something that, um, 19 humans really started. So that's exactly the evidence we need. 20 That's going to make our answer to question 24 choice a, 21 but just to look at those other answer choices, to be sure, 22 um, answer choice being in lines 28 to 31 says 23 over thousands of years, cat shrank acquired more coat colors and patterns and shed 24 antisocial tendencies of the past. 25 Um, this answer choice doesn't really describe how the process 26 of domestication took place. It really describes the effects. 27 So it doesn't really speak to the answer choice for 23 of the previous 28 question. Um, answer choice C here 31 to 34 29 says domestic animals from cows...
