How do you all question 28 is asking us, 2 uh, to deal with punctuation in regards to conjoin 3 sections of a sentence. So what we see here, 4 we'll read this for the first times. It says a company's success depends largely 5 on worker morale, a 2010 Gallup study found that productivity 6 loss for unhappy disengaged workers, cost companies 28,000 per person annually. 7 So we can see that there are two independent clauses here. 8 We see a company success depends largely on work around. 9 That is one right there. And then we also see a 2010 Gallup study 10 found that productivity loss by unhappy disengaged workers, 11 cost companies, 28,000 per person annually. 12 But unfortunately the second independent clause here, 13 our second one, I'm not going to actually do that line there because I 14 want you to see that at the summit corner, the second independent clause has 15 this clunky comma in the middle of it. 16 That doesn't really do anything like common doesn't come after an introductory statement like 17 saying unfortunately, comma or firstly comma, 18 or, uh, there, or something of that, 19 of that manner. It's just shoved in there. 20 Um, breaking up, uh, 21 the independent clause with an unnecessary comma. 22 So two independent clauses can be separated by a few things that 23 can be separated by period. 24 They can be separated by a semi-colon or if the second, 25 um, uh, clause is an example of something, 26 an example for the first clause, 27 you can also use a colon an...
