$25/hour plus bonuses for Zoom tutoring. 

It's a simple resume drop. We look closely at SAT scores, academic interests, and any past tutoring experience. Cover letters are stupid and not required.

You must be authorized to work in the US. Unfortunately student visas only permit work study jobs, so you can not work at SoFlo on a student visa. You likely need to be a citizen or permanent resident.

If you have what it takes to be a great tutor we will invest in you and train you. We also need ACT tutors, so if you're more comfortable with ACT that a-ok. 

We will start with a quick three questionnaire email sent from [email protected]

Then we will have a simple phone call to introduce the position and our company. The phone call is to make sure you are a good match; we aren't focused on your tutoring ability in the first call.

For the second round interview you will explain a practice test. You will receive the test before the interview and have time to prepare.
