about the job
What You'll Do
You'll run the show. You'll speak with families on the phone to introduce them to SoFlo, match them up with one of our 100 tutors, and touch base with them to make sure things are going well. You will use software like Airtable, Quickbooks, and G-Suite. The main task is sales, but as captain you'll also right the ship when things go wrong. You won't waste time managing calendars or booking tutoring sessions. This job offers autonomy and the chance to be an early member of a fast growing company.

pay, Hours, and schedule
This job is intended to be a full time salaried position with total compensation of ~$75k. We offer competitive base pay and an aggressive bonus structure tied to company revenue along with two weeks of paid vacation and select holidays off. Start Date is flexible. We can bring a new hire on ASAP, but if you are a great candidate only available in June we will wait for you. SoFlo has room for all kinds of people.
