Now here for number 19, we're trying to figure out what verb tents we 2 would like to use. Right. We see that a have is in the present. 3 Tense is having, is present perfect tense. 4 You know, an ING verb, uh, C is passed and, 5 uh, D appears to be present as well. 6 Um, and so for looking at our sentence, 7 which begins right here at according, 8 it says, according to such organizations as the EPA, 9 the minute amounts of residue falling within such limits blank, 10 no impact, right? And so we're basically saying, 11 you know, this is what the EPA says. 12 Um, and so the answer here has to be in the present, 13 right? Because this is something that the EPA says is current, 14 right? We wouldn't say they had no negative impacts because this is still something 15 that affects the present day. So anything that's not normal present tense 16 can go. 17 And now our question is it has, or is it have, 18 right? So now this question has become a subject verb agreement question, 19 and we need to know what our subject is. 20 So if we look here, we should remember that the subject is whatever is 21 doing the action, doing the verb, and here our verb is had, 22 or had no negative impact. 23 So our question is what has the negative impact and the answer, 24 right?
