Hey guys, question 35 is going to be having us dealing with staying in 2 consistent tense. So what this telling us overall is that these kinds of buildings 3 in the past were built in a certain way. 4 Now it's telling us that moreover, these taller buildings ha used to, 5 um, require additional concrete and steel to resist increased lateral 6 forces. And the high cost has materials, 7 often deterred development. So it's telling us that in the past, 8 these buildings required this. Now it's going to go on to tell us if 9 these things were changed by this developer here, 10 but when you can be speaking in the past tense option, 11 a no change has these buildings, moreover, 12 taller buildings requiring additional, uh, 13 concrete and steel is going to be speaking in the present tense option, 14 be saying taller buildings required, 15 um, additional concrete and steel. That's going to properly speak in the past tense, 16 which is what we're trying to do. 17 Um, option, uh, 18 uh, D as well, um, 19 that we're requiring, uh, additional, 20 uh, cognitive steel is just going to be adding unnecessary, 21 actual language along with using the word witch and a comma. 22 Um, what we're saying right here is that moreover taller buildings required this. 23 We're not saying more moreover taller buildings that were requiring or taller 24 buildings, which required no need to say which, 25 and in a comma or say that we're requiring, 26 we should just say required. But this part of the sat is speaking in 27 the right tense. And also it's eliminating unnecessary language and being concise 28 with our word usage. So these buildings required this.
