One, the speaker would most likely agree with which statement about the relationship 3 between a nation and its citizens. So I want to go back and look 4 through his answer choices and figure out which one of these is talking about 5 a relationship between the nation and those nations citizens. 6 Let's start with one to four and work out from there.
