So question number three is asking us which word best fits in the passage. 2 And if we read the sentence, it says for comprehensive maintenance and potent repairs, 3 musicians with musical instrument, 4 technicians, trained professionals with an expert of knowledge on both mechanics and music. 5 So we're trying to figure out what words should go, 6 where we say potent. So something useful we can do is find some context 7 clues that hint to us what they really mean or what kind of word 8 they would want to put in that, in that spot. If we look before 9 we see we're talking about comprehensive maintenance and comprehensive means all 10 over, right where everything is being repaired, 11 everything is being maintained. So we really want a word that's going to convey 12 total repairs like repairs of the entire instrument. 13 Now, if we look at potent, potent means strong, 14 right? And so repairs can't be strong. 15 That doesn't make any sense. So we're not good as we are with a 16 now be in D a conclusive repair. 17 Conclusive is not usually used to describe repairs because conclusive says that you've 18 reached a final answer or a final decision. 19 And we don't necessarily know that it's going to be the final or the 20 last repair. So C is no good. 21 And a definite repair is kind of similar to conclusive. 22 It would be a repair. That was the last one, 23 the definitive repair that kind of ended all other repairs. 24 And so we don't get that sense of finality here. We don't know that 25 it's going to be the last repair ever, ever. 26 Now, if we look at D which says significant, significant would mean like Laura's, 27 or maybe expensive repairs, and so significant really makes sense with comprehensive 28 because they both kind of had this large effect, 29 right? They mean something large, something important. 30 And so our best answer here is going to be D.
