Are they unable to discontinue policies and ports 16 by their previous leaders? 17 Are they enabled by this distance blind trust act that oversight, 18 or are they willing to use treachery or intimidation to maintain the position of 19 power? That D is what the evidence says over 20 here that the most strong governments are, 21 are willing to go against democratic theories. 22 They're willing to use violence or fraud, 23 um, to stay in power. And they often come into power through 24 violence or fraud. So the consequences of good of a strong government or violence 25 abroad, uh, we saw that in that piece of evidence. 26 And, you know, when it says Warren claims, 27 that means at the, at the author actually says it in the passage. 28 And so you definitely want to be going back to the passage for this 29 question.
