And this type of question is a subject verb agreement question. 3 And whenever you see a sentence like this, where you have to choose between 4 the same verb, but different forms of it, of it, 5 the first thing you should try to do is find your subject, 6 right? So I always ask myself, 7 what has become more plentiful? Has it been remote sensing, 8 remote sensing become more plentiful or did the uses become more plentiful? 9 And just to give you a hint, it's usually not the thing right next 10 to it, because that would make the question too easy. 11 Um, and so in this case, it is the uses that have become more 12 plentiful. And one reason that we know its uses is because of this word 13 for now, you're right. Might recognize that four is a preposition 14 word, right? 15 And so that means that for remote sensing is what we call a propositional 16 phrase and your subject can never be in a prep positional phrase. 17 So since remote sensing is in that phrase, 18 remote sensing is not our subject uses is. 19 And we wouldn't say uses has become more plentiful because has, 20 is a singular verb, but uses as a plural subject, 21 we would have to say, uh, uses have become more, 22 uh, plentiful.
