Question 13 says, according to passage, 2 one, one result of the current political process for determining how taxes are spent 3 is what? So let's look back in the passage here, 4 and we can see that in this last paragraph of the first passage, 5 it's talking about this question, 6 right? It says we have something to say about how much of our income 7 is spent on our behalf by the government. 8 And so that pretty directly goes with the current political process 9 for determining how taxes are spent. So that's how we know that this paragraph 10 is what we need to look at. So we can look at the contents 11 of this paragraph. So it's talking one about majority rule. 12 It says majority rule is a necessary and desirable expedient. 13 It is however, very different from the kind of freedom you have when you 14 shop at a supermarket. And it goes on to describe that at a supermarket, 15 you have complete freedom. 16 You get exactly what you want. Whereas at the ballot box is how they 17 refer to it. Or the voting booth. You get some of what you want 18 and some of what you don't want, but you don't regard the don't want 19 things as more important.
