Now question number 37, we're asked to find the difference between the median of 2 group B and the median of a. So first thing we need to do 3 is find the median of a, 4 and we can notice that here are the scores, 5 um, and here are the frequencies for each group, 6 right? So let's list out our terms for a, 7 and then we'll cross off from each side and then get to a middle. 8 Now we can see the in group, a only one person received a two. 9 So there's one, two, and only one person received a three. 10 So we have one, three in the list. Now, 11 two people received force, one person received a five, 12 three people received a six. So 1, 2, 3, 13 um, no one received a seven, no one received an eight one person received 14 a nine, no one received a 10, 15 right? So if we go from left to right and cross these off to 16 get to our media, and we see that our median score, 17 the median of a was five. 18 And now we can go about the same process on B. 19 So we'll do B here in purple. No one got a two and B 20 no one got a three, no one got a four, but four people got 21 a five. So I had 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 22 different fives in our list. Also two people got a six, 23 so we'll add two sixes. Two people got eights. 24 One person got a nine and then two people got 10. 25 And so that should give us our total of 11 values for fruit being 26 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 11. 27 Yep. And so now we just go left to right, 28 to try to find what our, um, 29 median would be. And we see that we arrive at a median 30 of six. So the median of B is six, 31 and we're asked how much greater B is than a, 32 and we see that if six is one greater than five, 33 then that means that B is also one greater than a is our answer's 34 going to be one.
