Question number 32 is all about the punctuation at play in this sentence. 2 It currently reads, although postal banking is effective in other countries, 3 many post offices are located in regions where banks are critically needed. 4 Some critics of the proposal contend that post offices are ill-equipped to act as 5 a banks. So we are looking at sort of a greater contrast 6 between, um, the postal banking being effective in other countries. 7 And the fact that post offices are located in regions where banks are needed. 8 However, people are claiming that post offices are ill-equipped to act as banks. 9 So we have these two statements, 10 postal banking being effective in other countries and post offices located in regions 11 where banks are critically needed, sort of operating in favor of this argument that 12 post offices should take on the role of, 13 or some of the roles of banks.
