All right, moving on to question 29. 2 This is an author's purpose question. 3 We are looking at the fifth paragraph and what this quote 4 primarily serves to achieve in that paragraph. 5 So let's scroll up to mine's 48 to 60 that's 6 this paragraph here, and we can see that this graduate student is 7 presenting us with a quote, um, 8 to describe exactly what the advantage is of this process and 9 what the potential uses of the process are. 10 So if we look in particular at what the quotes actually saying, 11 we see the advantage, we see, 12 um, an unprecedented platform, 13 uh, we see opening the door 14 to other uses. So this is very forward-looking, 15 um, and speaks to the potential that this process has. 16 So looking at our answer choices, 17 choice ISS, highlight the technological sophistication and intricate suicide. 18 This is a very tempting answer choice because we do see this 19 speaker having a lot of awe and respect for this technological feat 20 that was just achieved. 21 However, he is speaking more towards what it can be used for in the 22 future, rather than just highlighting specific features of it, 23 which is why we can roll out choice, um, 24 choice, be praising the collaborative spirit and hard work of the inventors. 25 So here we don't see too much mention of this collaborative spirit and also 26 the focus here isn't really on the inventors, 27 but on the bionic leaf itself and what it might be used for in 28 the future.
