Question number 13, reads, 2 which choice provides the best transition from the previous paragraph. 3 So when we answer this type of question, we want to look at the 4 meaning of the previous paragraph, as well as the meaning of the following paragraph, 5 just to make sure that whatever answer choice we use kind of creates a 6 nice flow between those two different sets of ideas. 7 So if we remember the previous paragraph was talking about, 8 um, this dramatic shift, 9 um, how his fan base was shocked by, 10 um, this particular issue in which homes actually died. 11 Uh, so this next paragraph here, 12 um, says that the author in fact had long desired 13 to end the series. So we want something that connects the idea that, 14 um, breeder for shocked by the staff and then the author, 15 you know, kind of revealed that he had long desired to end the series, 16 and we want to connect those two sets of ideas together. 17 Um, while appears there sort of a contrast there, 18 the fans were shocked, but the author kind of wanted this to happen all 19 along.
